Crumiller P.C. is firmly committed to anti-racist advocacy and legislation. We are proud to represent victims of race discrimination in the workplace. We believe that feminism that only benefits white people is not truly progressive nor helpful and that we must fight inequality in all its forms if we truly care about justice.

Anybody who thinks we live in a “color-blind society” is willfully obtuse, at best. The fact remains that race discrimination persists at every level of society. Hostile Work Environment

We secured substantial monetary compensation for our client who had been subject to a hostile work environment, including gender-based slurs and lewd activity.
