What We Collect From You (Personal Data)
When you reach out to us with regard to a potential matter, you will be asked for your name, phone number, and email address; and may be asked for your mailing address. Personal Data collected is maintained in restricted-access software strictly for use in:
- evaluating whether to engage you as a client, and confirm whether a conflict of interest exists between any Current, Former, or Potential Clients;
- maintaining accurate contact information while providing you with legal services, if you are a Crumiller client;
- responding to inquiries from you;
- and communicating with you regarding our services, Firm news, events, or publications that may interest you.
Automatically Collected Information (Browsing Data)
Third-party tracking software systems, such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, may automatically collect information about you or your activities to help us analyze how viewers find and use our Site, provide insight to improve the Site’s user experience and inform online advertising campaigns. Data these systems collect includes:
- the date, time, and duration of a visit;
- the IP address, operating system, and web browser of the device used for access;
- browsing patterns associated with the device/user, including the address of the website from which the user clicked through to us; and
- how a user interacts with, and moves through, our Site.

These efforts include technical and organizational measures, as well as administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, because information transferred over the Internet is not absolutely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
If You Are Located Outside of the United States
If you decide, after providing your email, that you no longer wish to receive the firm’s occasional newsletter, please unsubscribe via the link in the email footer. If you wish to review or correct any Personal Data that we may have, please contact us in writing, as outlined in “Contact Us.” If we agree to or are required to delete your Personal Data, we will retain certain Personal Data in order to maintain compliance with your request. If any of your Personal Data exists in a system backup that is later utilized, we will make reasonable efforts to locate and delete applicable Personal Data.
