Olivia is a plaintiff-side employment discrimination attorney. She is thrilled to launch her legal practice at Crumiller after interning here during her 2L and 3L years!
Olivia received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, she worked at the Boston Housing Support Station, an organization dedicated to fighting the displacement and eviction of low-income families during the COVID crisis. Olivia was also a member of the International Law Society, Human Right Law Caucus, If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, and the Law School Softball Team. Olivia also worked as a law clerk for Worksafe, a California-based non-profit organization dedicated to occupational health and safety rights for workers – particularly low-income, immigrant, and contingent workers. She received her B.A. from Syracuse University with a major in International Relations and minor in Political Science.
Outside of work, Olivia spends her time playing in a competitive tennis league in Brooklyn, reading, and learning Italian.

In 2022, Olivia walked "Camino de Santiago" – a nearly 500-mile route in Northern Spain
