Hilary J. Orzick

Senior Associate

Hilary is a trial attorney who has dedicated her career to assisting employees facing unlawful discrimination and retaliation.

Before joining Crumiller, Hilary litigated numerous discrimination and harassment cases as an Associate Attorney at Wigdor LLP. At the New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation, she investigated complaints of unlawful discrimination and retaliation as an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.

While Hilary has obtained countless impressive results here at the firm, she most famously first-chaired the Europe v. Equinox trial in 2023, where she secured an $11.25 million dollar jury verdict on behalf of our client.

Hilary attended Cornell University, where she majored in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Law and Society and Inequality Studies. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Moot Court Honor Society and received a certificate in Dispute Resolution.

Outside work, Hilary enjoys live music, performing improv comedy, and making Zumba look easy (according to the rest of us).
