Hilary Orzick

Associate Attorney

Hilary is an attorney who has dedicated her career to assisting employees facing unlawful discrimination and retaliation.

Before joining Crumiller, Hilary worked for the New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation as an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, where she investigated complaints of unlawful discrimination and retaliation. Prior to that, Hilary was an Associate Attorney at Wigdor LLP, where she represented employees in connection with sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender, pregnancy, race, disability and/or age, retaliation, defamation, family and medical leave, whistleblower, and contract claims.

Hilary attended Cornell University for her undergraduate degree and majored in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Law and Society and Inequality Studies. Hilary received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Moot Court Honor Society and received a certificate in Dispute Resolution.
