Gail brings over forty years of employment law experience to the firm and a reputation for fearless advocacy resulting in highly successful results for her clients.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and has litigated in every forum. Gail’s practice has specialized in high-level management clients; she has also worked extensively with corporate clients and their Human Resources departments on a broad range of labor and employment issues. Before entering private practice, Gail managed the Legal Division of the Office of Labor Relations at the NYC Mayor’s Office. She has taught as an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s Law School, litigated for the NLRB, and was a psychotherapist in a previous lifetime.
Gail has a JD from Case Western, an MSW from Columbia, and an LLM in Labor Law from NYU Law. She has served as a mediator for the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division and volunteer arbitrator for NYCLA.
