Chloe Liederman

Chloe has spent nine years litigating on behalf of employees facing harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Before joining Crumiller, Chloe was employed by Auster & Associates P.C., where she successfully litigated a variety of discrimination and labor law cases. In 2021 and 2022, she was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of the top attorneys in the state. Chloe has also been recognized on the 2023 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list in the area of Labor and Employment Litigation.

Chloe earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Edward V. Sparer Fellow, and her Bachelors of Arts from Cornell University, where she majored in Theater Arts. During Law School, she also interned at the New York City Council’s Legislative Committee on Women’s Issues, and the New York Civil Liberties Union’s Reproductive Rights Project.

Chloe lives in New Jersey with her wife and three children.
