Previously known as Lady Parts Justice League, Abortion Access Front was founded by Winstead in 2015. The organization comprises of a group of comedians and activists who use humor to destigmatize abortion and fight for reproductive rights across the US.

No One Asked You spans key moments in United States history, ranging from the 2017 Women’s March to the January 6 insurrection and the overturning of Roe.

Various clinics are highlighted throughout the film, humanizing the people on the ground working to provide a safe space for people seeking their services. One of the clinics showcased was Jackson Women’s Health Organization which was central in the landmark case that overturned Roe v. Wade.
