Age Discrimination

We have seen unlawful and unjustified discrimination against older workers everywhere, especially in the tech and finance industries.  Age discrimination is insidious in its own way because older workers face such great additional difficulties in getting a replacement job, both for discriminatory reasons, and because oftentimes these clients have spent decades cultivating a particular knowledge base and skill set that is not as easily transferable as the skills required for a more entry-level position.

Fortunately, the law recognizes this difficulty, and as a result, Crumiller P.C. has secured substantial six- and seven-figure settlements for our clients who have been unlawfully forced out of the workforce due to their age.
