Susan Crumiller has represented hundreds of litigants in state and federal court, from filing a lawsuit to winning at trial to winning on appeal. Susan has first-seated a dozen trials and won appeals at the Appellate Term and Appellate Division. She regularly provides advice in the New York Times “Ask Real Estate” column and appears on Tenant Action Today, a housing and tenant rights call-in show on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network.
Before founding Crumiller P.C., Susan worked as a staff attorney at Housing Conservation Coordinators, Inc., and as an associate at a small firm. Susan graduated in 2002 from Tulane University, where she majored in music theory, English, and sociology, and in 2006 from NYU Law. She holds a black belt in kung fu and was the first female wrestler in her high school’s history. Susan has two daughters, ages three and one.
