We are a small, dynamic litigation firm whose primary focus is fighting gender and pregnancy discrimination in the workplace. We also represent NYC tenants and small businesses in Civil Court and Supreme Court litigation. We are looking for someone to help spread the word about our incredible services so we can focus on delivering those services.
There is no shortage of people in need of our services & we are looking for someone to help connect us with the people we serve. This means maintaining an online presence, forming relationships with community organizations, coordinating speaker events and workshops, developing brochures and coordinating distribution to facilities, cultivating relationships and in general helping our firm fulfill its potential to make the our society more equitable and to break down the artificial barriers that hold back working parents.
Start-up experience and/or prior marketing experience is optional but not required. The most important thing is that you are nice, and secondly, that you are sharp. My team thinks and moves fast, and we need somebody who can keep up. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount (we go overboard to keep clients in the loop). I am a proud feminist, progressive, working mom, and my passion is what drives me. If you can’t get on board with that, then we probably won’t be a good fit.
