I have put out the kitty feelers. Linda Waco thinks there are some kitties at Saddlebrook, where Kyle works, plus she drove by a free kitten sign. I am also calling my vet, and am prepared for many calls after that. The plan is, we will get the kitties and then when Jenny and Jon visit in 11 days they can fly home under the seat. I’m sure they won’t meow.
The pen has a sensor that you clip on the top of the paper that records the movements , I think by sound. Here’s a web page about it- that’s not the official site but it’s fun to read because of the translation. Click on the photo to go to the real site.

Yes! Some VERY THOUGHTFUL presents!! I got a bar set, presumably to make making martinis, pina coladas, margaritas etc. more fun, a muddler, same reason, a citrus reamer (or something), margarata glasses and lemon curd, since Dad knows I love lemon flavored anything.
I wonder when he went and picked these out and how he thought of what to get me?
I also got a digipen that I ordered myself, which is a pen and thingie that allow me to take notes on paper and then upload the notes to the computer.
We didn’t get any kitties.. yet.
Mom twisted my arm until I had to fess up about our grab-and-run shopping yesterday.
